“Life is neither easy nor hard, it simply is what we perceive it to be” – Nico Montsho
Yes, these lines are absolutely true, because life is a Journey. It depends on you how you react it.
There are billions of people on the planet, and all of them have their own views on what life means to them. If we say that life is a challenge, this doesn’t necessarily mean that we cannot do anything – it means that we understand that life is not always a sweet cake but we have to accept everything in the life whether the thing is hard or easy. If we make our mind ‘Yes I can do that’ then whatever the hard situation comes to the life, will definitely beat them.
I believe that everyone has problems or challenges in life. Even people have solutions too but it depends on the person, to person how they will take. Some people would take as a lesson and get rid of it. On the other hand, some people would take personally and create a problem for themselves. I would say problems are challenges to overcome in our daily lives. “Believe in yourself that you can do anything to resolve your problems and make your life easy and simple”
In this world, no one can deny that there are so many different moments in life. When we are very disappointed, will think that life is very hard but sometimes we are happy as well. But we cannot totally avoid these aspects of our life because both of them are interrelated. A lot of people find the challenges are very hard and another way many people would take an advantage of the challenges. It totally depends on how you can face a hard time and make it simple.
Here are some practical tricks to solve the problems in your life:
1. Accept the problem:
“Before we can transcend, we must accept.” This means that before we can solve a problem, we must accept that it is a problem. The accepting problem means settling down and taking responsibility for it. Many times, rather than accepting a problem, we spend more energy fighting or arguments, which is wastage of time and energy. First, we must accept the problem in order to resolve that.
2. Keep your motivation up:
The term motivation is derived from the Latin word ’emover’ which implies “To move”. Motivation can be defined as a willingness to expand energy, to achieve a goal or a reward. It is very easy to discourage yourself with any reason but the great person would take as a challenge and move on.
3. Focus on your present reality:
If a person would live in present reality, then that person will decrease their problems or challenges easily. For example, suppose that you are currently doing a job you hate and your goal is to start your own business. Now how will you act towards to your goals
to get the better lifestyle? Look at the following two scenarios:
#Scenario One: You wake up and go to a job you hate, and then you come back home and read magazines or watch television until it’s time for bed.
#Scenario Two: You wake up earlier than usual and use that extra hour to work on your goal of starting your own business. Then, you go to work, come home, watch TV, and go to bed early. And again, you can repeat the process next day.
If you follow Scenario One, you’ll probably be frustrated all day long. However, if you follow Scenario Two, you’ll probably feel enthusiastic all day.
In Scenario Two, even though you’re still working at a job you hate at the same time you’re taking steps toward creating your own business. This brightens your entire day. That is the way to start working toward your goal and which could improve your life every day. And this will increase your motivation.
4. Break down the problem into smaller parts:
This is the best technique you can apply in your life to make your life easy and simple. If you’ll try to break down the problem into small pieces, you can sort out the problems easily. For example, you have lots of work in your bucket which you need to complete in a day. If you can schedule your work according to the time
then you will achieve the target
