You can do meditation including an extended peaceful prayer, yoga, Tai Chi, or spiritual reflection. By doing these things you can relax your mind and stay happy and healthy.
#Keep yourself busy – If you try to keep yourself busy this is good because it prevents you from having bad habits, such as smoking and drugs. It is also important to keep occupied with positive tasks. Worrying is harmful, and work is good for the mind as well as the body. You can keep yourself busy in your house itself by spending time with your family & pets, write in a journal, playing with any sport, or spend time doing a favourite hobby. And why not start a blog.

#Accepting that You are Unique – Many people are unhappy or self-conscious about their appearance, the way they speak or their background. These kinds of feeling can even bring about conditions such as depression or an eating disorder. By talking to others and express your feelings you will be able to get a better understanding of both your weaknesses and strengths. If you find it helps, take five minutes every day to list the qualities that make you unique, thinking of one positive and then one negative. Remove negativities from your life and always be positive.
#Care for Others – Really caring for others can help greatly improve your mental health and allow you to explore feelings. You may even find it enjoyable. You can start doing volunteer work when you are free. Allowing yourself to have feelings for others helps you to understand why other people care for you and why you should care for yourself.
By following these simple steps you should feel better in and about yourself. However, if you are feeling anxious, depressed or think you may be suffering from a mental illness. It is important to remember that there are lots of places you can go to where you will be offered plenty of support.
#Empower yourself – Sometimes It’s hard to feel happy. But if you could commit yourself to create your ability and your own reality then you can do anything & everything for staying happy. But it doesn’t happen overnight and it doesn’t happen just by saying it.
Most of us stop paying attention to ourselves and it affects our mental and physical health. Sometimes what happened if somebody told us or give us some suggestion or commented us then we take it. You need to Change yourself and need to focus on your weaknesses to keep healthy and happy.
